พ่อร้องสื่อลูกทำหน้าที่รปภ.แก้ไขประตูคอนโดตกร่องถูกโค่นทับไร้การเหลียวแล

 วันนี้ 28 ตุลาคม2562 นายสุขฐิพล  โชติธนโมทาล อายุ59ปี บิดาของนายธวิฑูรย์  โชติธนโมทาน อายุ29ปี ได้เข้าร้องเรียนต่อสื่อมวลชนหลังจากลูกชายซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่รปภ.ของบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง โดยถูกบริษัทจัดให้ลงหน้างานรักษาความปลอดภัยบริเวณสถานที่ก่อสร้างคอนโดหรู ภายในซอยร่วมเจริญ สุขุมวิท50แขวงพระโขนง เขตคลองเตย กทม. แต่ขณะปฏิบัติหน้าที่พบว่าประตูไซต์งานก่อสร้างทางเข้าคอนโดซึ่งเป็นประตูเหล็กแบบสไลด์กว้างประมาณ10เมตร สูง4เมตรตกร่องรางเลื่อนของประตู ทำให้ไม่สามารถปิดประตูได้จึงเกรงว่าจะมีคนร้ายเข้ามาก่อเหตุลักทรัพย์ทรัพย์สินภายใน จึงไปงัดบานประตูขึ้นเพื่อจะให้ลูกล้อของบานประตูเข้ารางตามปกติเพื่อให้สามารถเลื่อนประตูปิดได้ แต่ทันใดนั้นประตูได้โค่นทับ โดยแพทย์ลงความเห็นว่า เบ้ากระดูกสะโพกซ้ายแตก และมีกระดูกสะโพกเคลื่อนโดยเข้ารับการรักษาตามสิทธิ์บัตร30บาท ที่ร.พ.ปทุมธานีตั้งตั้งแต่วันที่6 ตุลาคม2562 ที่ผ่านมาทำให้ลูกไม่สามารถทำงานได้และไม่ได้รับการดูแลจากบริษัทรปภ.และคอนโดหรูเลยแม้แต่น้อย จึงมาเรียกร้องขอความเป็นธรรมเพื่อให้ทั้งสองบริษัทเข้ามาเยียวยาลูกชายขณะที่ยังไม่สามารถทำงานได้ เพราะไม่มีรายได้

 ทางด้าน นายสุขฐิพล  โชติธนโมทาล บิดาเปิดเผยต่อไปอีกว่า ลูกชายเข้าสมัครงานที่บริษัทรปภ.แห่งหนึ่งโดยทำงานมาตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์2562 ที่ผ่านมาโดยบริษัทได้จัดให้หมุนเวียนไปตามหน้างานต่างๆ กระทั่งวันที่5ตุลาคม2562 ถูกจัดให้ไปอยู่หน้างานก่อสร้างคอนโดหรู กระทั่งประสบอุบัติเหตุขณะปฏิบัติหน้าที่เพื่อยกบานประตูให้เข้าร่องราง จนถูกโค่นทับทั้งตัวโดยมีคนงานก่อสร้างเข้ามาช่วยเหลือและถูกนำส่งร.พ.เอกชนย่านอ่อนนุช  ก่อนจะถูกย้ายมาตามสิทธิ์บัตร30บาทที่ร.พ.ปทุมธานี จ.ปทุมธานี และมาทราบว่าบริษัทรปภ.ไม่มีการทำประกันสังคมให้ตามระเบียบ รวมทั้งผู้เป็นเจ้าของคอนโดหรูที่ลูกไปปฎิบัติหน้าที่มาดูแลเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายหรือเยียวยาเลยแม้แต่น้อย  จึงอยากให้หน่วยงานส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเข้ามาช่วยเหลือ  โดยจนถึงขณะนี้ลูกชายยังนอนรักษาตัวอยู่ที่ร.พ.ปทุมธานี

ทั้งนี้สิ่งที่ตนเองต้องการคือ อยากให้หน่วยงานต้นสังกัดและเจ้าของไซต์งานที่ลูกชายปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ลงมาเยียวยาค่าใช้จ่ายเหตุที่เกิดขึ้นเพราะขณะที่ลูกชายนอนรักษาตัวไม่มีรายได้จากส่วนอื่นมาจุนเจือเยียวยาครอบครัวเพราะลูกเป็นหัวเรี่ยวหัวแรงหลักของครอบครัว และลงมาตรวจสอบบริษัทรปภ.ว่ามีการเปิดบริษัทที่ถูกต้องหรือไม่และไม่มีการทำประกันสังคมให้กับลูกจ้างของบริษัท
