  เมื่อเวลา 10.00 น.วันที่ 26 ต.ค.62 พล.ต.ต.ธนายุตม์  วุฒิจรัสธำรงค์ รอง ผบช.ภ. 1พล.ต.ต.สุภธีร์  บุญครอง  ผบก.สส.ภ.1  พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสืบสวนภ.1 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสืบสวน จ.ปทุมธานี เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสืบสวนสภ.คลองหลวงได้ร่วมกันจับกุมตัวนายบัญฑิต หรือฑิต  ยอดมะลิ อายุ 40 ปี ที่อยู่ 26/1 หมู่ที่ 15ต.คลองหนึ่ง อ.คลองหลวงจว.ปทุมธานี  ตามหมายจับของศาลจังหวัดธัญบุรีที่ 370/2562 ลงวันที่ 3 ก.ค. 2562ผู้ต้องหาคดี“ฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยเจตนา พยายามฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยเจตนา, มีอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืนไว้ในครอบครอง และพาอาวุธปืนไปในทาง หมู่บ้าน ทางสาธารณะโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต 

 พล.ต.ต.ธนายุตม์  วุฒิจรัสธำรง  รองผบช.ภ.1 เปิดเผยว่า เมื่อวันที่ 2ก.ค. 2562 เวลาประมาณ 20.20น. ศูนย์วิทยุ สภ.คลองหลวง ว่ามีเหตุใช้อาวุธปืนยิงกันมีผู้เสียชีวิตและได้รับบาดเจ็บ บริเวณที่พักคนงานสวนดอกดาวเรือง หมู่ที่ 15 ต.คลองสอง อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี เมื่อไปตรวจสอบพบผู้เสียชีวิตในเวลาต่อมา คือ นาย นายสมปอง หรือหนึ่ง  ปฏิทิน อายุ 41 ปี เสียชีวิตถูกอาวุธปืนยิง และมีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บคือ นาย HEN SOPHORS อายุ 29 ปี ชาวกัมพูชา ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากการถูกอาวุธปืนยิง   จากการสืบสวนทราบว่าผู้ก่อเหตุ คือ นายบัญฑิต  ยอดมะลิ  อายุ 40 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 62/1 หมู่ที่ 15 ต.คลองสอง อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี  หลังก่อเหตุได้หลบหนีไป เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้รวบรวมพยานหลักฐานขออนุมัติหมายจับต่อศาลจังหวัดธัญบุรี เพื่อออกหมายจับนายบัณฑิตฯ ในข้อหา“ฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยเจตนา พยายามฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยเจตนา, มีอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืนไว้ในครอบครอง และพาอาวุธปืนไปในทาง หมู่บ้าน ทางสาธารณะโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต” และศาลจังหวัดธัญบุรีได้อนุมัติหมายจับที่ 370/2562 ลงวันที่ 3 ก.ค. 2562  จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าทีตำรวจภูธรภาค ๑ ได้ร่วมกันบูรณาการทำการสืบสวนจนทราบว่า นายบัณฑิตฯ (ผู้ต้องหา) ได้หลบหนีการติดตามจับกุมของเจ้าหน้าตำรวจมาเช่าห้องพักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ อ.สัตหีบ จ.ชลบุรี เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงได้ร่วมกันสืบสวนติดตามจับกุม  จนกระทั่งต่อมาวันที่ 25 ต.ค.62 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสามารถติดตามตัวพบ นายบัญฑิต ยอดมะลิ(ผู้ต้องหา) ขณะพักอาศัยอยู่ภายในห้องเช่าไม่มีเลขที่หมู่ที่ 3 ต.แสมสาร อ.สัตหีบ จ.ชลบุรี  จึงได้ร่วมกันจับกุมตัว

  จาการสอบสวนนายบัณฑิตฯ (ผู้ต้องหา) ให้การรับสารภาพว่าเป็นผู้ก่อเหตุใช้อาวุธปืน ขนาด.38 ชุบเปอร์ยิง นายสมปอง  ปฏิทิน จนเสียชีวิต และยิงนาย HEN SOPHORSชาวกัมพูชา ได้รับบาดเจ็บจริง  หลังก่อเหตุได้หลบหนีไปอาศัยตามสถานที่ต่างๆ และล่าสุดได้หนีไปเช่าห้องพักอาศัยอยู่ที่ อ.สัตหีบ จว.ชลบุรี  จนกระทั่งถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจติดตามจับกุมตัวได้  โดยสาเหตุที่ทำลงไปเพราะผู้ตายไปมีความลึกซึ้งกับคนรักและในวันเกิดเหตุผู้ตายยังมีอาวุธปืนอยู่ที่ตัว เมื่อตนเองเดินทางมาถึงที่เกิดเหตุพบว่าผู้ตายมีอาวุธปืนจึงใช้อาวุธปืนที่ติดตัวมายิงใส่ ก่อนที่คนลูกจ้างของผู้ตายได้เดินออกมาจากห้องพอดีตนเองจึงยิงใส่อีก1นัดก่อนขับจยย.หลบหนีไป กระทั่งมาถูกจับกุม

 ในเวลาต่อมาเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ควบคุมตัว ไปทำแผนบริเวณที่เกิดเหตุโดยมีกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจคอยดูแลความเรียบร้อยทั้งในและนอกเครื่องแบบมากกว่า50นาย  โดยใช้เวลาประมาณ15นาทีก่อนจะนำตัวผู้ต้องหากลับไปทำการสอบสวนเพิ่มเติม

  ทางด้านนางสาวนิอร ปฎิทิน น้องสาวผู้ตายบอกว่าตนเองก็ขอขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทุกท่าน รวมทั้งสื่อมวลชนที่สามารถจับคนคนร้ายเอาไว้ได้ซึ่งตลอดเวลาที่ผ่านมาทางบ้านก็ต้องอยู่กันอย่างผวาและเมื่อรู้ว่ามือปืนถูกจับแล้วก็รู้สึกดีใจ
