สำหรับอุโบสถวัดสายสุวพรรณ เป็นอุโบสถ 2 ชั้น ความสูงรวม 24.8 เมตร โดยชั้น 2 เป็นโรงอุโบสถ ประดิษฐานองค์พระประธาน มีลานเวียนประทักษิณโดยรอบ ชั้น 1 เป็นห้องปฏิบัติธรรมขนาด 1,500 ตารางเมตร สถาปัตยกรรมเป็นแบบไทยประยุกต์ โดยตัดทอนรายละเอียดเพื่อให้ดูแลรักษาง่าย แต่ยังคงอัตลักษณ์ที่สำคัญทางพุทธศิลป์ เน้นหลักความแข็งแรง คงทน เรียบง่าย แต่สง่างาม ทั้งนี้ มีประวัติศาสตร์และความคืบหน้าในการดำเนินงานก่อสร้างมาโดยลำดับ โดยวันที่ 7 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2563 จัดให้มีพิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์ พิธีตอกเสาเข็มมงคลต้นแรกและเสาไม้มงคล 999 ต้น, วันที่ 27 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2563 พิธีตอกเสาเข็มมงคลต้นสุดท้าย (ออนไลน์), วันที่ 6 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2564 พิธีเทคอนกรีตปฐมฤกษ์ (ออนไลน์), วันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2564 พิธีเทคอนกรีตเสารองรับโรงอุโบสถวัดสายสุวพรรณเป็นปฐมฤกษ์ (ออนไลน์) และวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2564 พิธีเทคอนกรีตปิดฐานราก ซึ่งตรงกับงานบุญทอดกฐินสามัคคี ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2564 ของวัดสายสุวพรรณ
