                วันนี้ 9 ตุลาคม2564 ผู้สื่อข่าวได้รับการร้องเรียนจากนายวิชาญ   ลาภตะคุ อายุ 38ปี อาชีพลูกจ้างขับรถแบคโฮ ว่าตนเองถูกสวมสิทธิ์นำเอาเลขบัตรประชาชนไปสวมสิทธิ์รับวัคซีนทำให้ตนเองเสียโอกาสและไม่ได้รับวัคซีนและยังกลัวว่าจะถูกนำเลขบัตรประชาชนไปก่อเหตุทำให้ได้รับความเดือดร้อนเสียหาย โดยมีการแจ้งความลงบันทึกประจำวันไว้ได้สภ.คลองหลวง เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตนเอง

 นายวิชาญ   ลาภตะคุ เปิดเผยว่า เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ผ่านมาตนเองเดินทางไปเพื่อขอใช้สิทธิ์รับวัคซีนกับอบจ.ปทุมธานี ที่ห้างสรรพสินค้าฟิวเจอร์พาร์ครังสิต  อ.ธัญบุรี จ.ปทุมธานี เพื่อขอรับวัคซีนโควิด19เข็ม1  แต่ทางเจ้าหน้าที่มีการตรวจสอบทางระบบหมอพร้อมพบว่า มีการใช้สิทธิ์รับวัคซีนไปแล้วที่ร.พ.พรานกระต่าย จ.กำแพงเพชร และเมื่อตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่าเลขบัตรประชาชนตรงกับเลขของตนเองและระบุชื่อสุพิษ  เกลี้ยงสำเภา ซึ่งไม่ใช่ชื่อตนเองและบุคคลดังกล่าวรับวัคซีนเข็ม1ไปเมื่อวันที่ 13 สิงหาคม2564 และรับวัคซีนเข็มที่2วันที่10 กันยายน2564 ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งชื่อก็ไม่ใช่ของตนเองและตนเองก็ยังไม่ได้รับวัคซีน

นายวิชาญ   ลาภตะคุ หลังจากวันนั้นตนเองรู้สึกหนักใจมากเพราะเกรงจะนำเลขบัตรประชาชนไปทำเรื่องผิดกฏหมายและหนักใจเพราะตนเองยังไม่ได้รับวัคซีนเลยแม้แต่เข็มเดียว จากนี้ไปก็ยังไม่รู้ว่าจะได้รับวัคซีนจากตรงไหนหรือจะต้องไปเสียเงินกับโรงพยาบาลเอกชนเพราะเงินทองก็หายากจึงอยากให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้ามาให้ความช่วยเหลือ
